One of our most memorable jobs was working for a lovely client called John, a resident who was having trouble removing ‘black spot’ and algae growth from his sandstone patio.
Our process was a simple yet effective cleaning method commonly known as soft washing. We liberally applied sodium hypochlorite to the substrate, scrubbed it in using a stiff brush, and after waiting around 20 – 30 minutes, we lightly rinsed the area.
